Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide unless restricted by local regulations or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your destination, we will contact you and arrange a cancellation and refund.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, limited drops, or peak seasons, processing may take longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin once the parcel has been dispatched. Typical delivery is 8–12 business days, but actual delivery may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, and peak periods.

Tracked Delivery
We aim to ship all orders with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
Taxes, Duties & VAT
Where stated on the product page or at checkout, taxes are included and duties/VAT are covered where applicable. In certain destinations, local authorities may apply additional requirements or fees outside our control (for example, verification, documentation, or local handling charges). Any such fees charged by local authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, re-shipping fees may apply. If re-shipping isn’t possible, any refund issued will exclude shipping/handling costs (if any), except where required by applicable law.
Failed Delivery, Unclaimed Parcels & Returns to Sender
Carriers may return parcels to sender if delivery attempts fail, the address is incomplete, or the parcel is not claimed in time. In such cases we can, where possible, re-ship the parcel (fees may apply). If re-shipping is not possible, we may issue store credit or a refund excluding shipping/handling costs (if any), except where required by applicable law.
Delivery Delays
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, or destination-specific restrictions. Delivery delays alone do not qualify for refunds or compensation, except where required by applicable law.
Lost / Stolen Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members/building management and contact the carrier. We may assist with an investigation where possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for theft after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and resolution options.
